First Task Professional are working with an established and respected Edinburgh based contractor to recruit for a Site Manager to oversee a multi-million pound residential refurbishment contract in the North of Edinburgh starting in February 2025 and running for 38 weeks.
The ideal candidate will have:
Well rounded construction and refurbishment delivery experience Experience working in live environments Organisation skills - the ability to plan and schedule works effectively A personable, client facing manner Good IT/reporting abilities SMSTS First Aid at Work Desirable but not essential:
Scaffold Inspection
This role offers a good, long term contract in Edinburgh with a busy contractor who can offer follow on work for those who demonstrate a good culture fit and ability to deliver to the required standard.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, between 40 - 44 hours per week.
This role can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE.
