Building maintenance company About the Role: Search² is delighted to have been chosen as the exclusive recruitment partner by a growing building maintenance firm looking to recruit a HSEQ Manager to join their growing business. Why this is a unique opportunity: Health and safety (or HSEQ) roles usually involve a lot of travel, often regionally or nationwide. This role is a remote, home-based position, with travel primarily to London-based projects, approximately 3-4 times per month. Key Areas of Responsibility: 1) Health and Safety - 80% 2) ISO Management Systems - 10% 3) Compliance - 10% What You Will Be Doing: - Producing site-specific RAMS for projects - Supporting with occasional construction phase plans - Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure safety of staff & subcontractors on site - Ongoing implementation and maintenance of ISO45001, ISO9001 & ISO14001 management systems - Contractor vetting and reviews - Ensuring compliance with accreditations and bodies What You Will Need: - Experience in a health and safety / HSEQ / QSHE / QHSE role ideally within an environment with a similar risk profile (FM, Building Maintenance, Construction, Engineering) - Willingness to operate autonomously from home, with travel to London - NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum Interested?
