Salary - circa £55,000 plus fantastic benefits Hours - 37.5 hour week Monday - Friday Please note - This position will be fully office based
Some of the duties will include:
Oversee the day-to-day performance and KPI delivery of the Operations Team Lead the ongoing improvement of operational systems, processes, and policies Strategically manage resources and capacity within the team to meet business needs Manage and mentor operations team to ensure high performance and collaboration Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees Oversee operations budget to ensure financial targets are met Ensure that all relevant customer SLAs and KPIs are met and exceeded, maintaining high standards of performance and customer satisfaction Utilise technology and stay on top of industry trends Ensure all operations adhere to quality standard and regulatory requirements
The suitable candidate:
5 years experience managing an operations team Excellent stakeholder management skills Highly analytical Experience in service improvements and business changes An inspiring leader Experience within customer service and engagement Strong communication skills on all levels Experience within the Healthcare sector is desirable
