Job Description Working in a high performing Commercial Finance function, you will: Partner with senior management to provide financial leadership and guidance on cost management strategies. Oversee the preparation of cost budgets, forecasts, and cost optimisation plans. Perform deep-dive analysis of cost structures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Provide recommendations to mitigate cost risks and improve cost efficiency across departments. Ensure that cost-related financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, IT, Facilities, NPD) to implement cost control initiatives. Support the preparation of financial models to assess the impact of strategic decisions on costs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their financial needs and challenges. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to junior team members. The Successful Applicant You will be a graduate qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen, complemented by sharp analytical skills and a high degree of credibility, enabling you to effectively manage a diverse stakeholder community.
