The Project:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join a team on a prestigious new education scheme in Glasgow. The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing the construction team on site, including subcontractors and operatives. Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Monitoring progress against the project schedule and budget. Identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays on site. Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all site personnel. Liaising with the client, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. What We're Looking For:

A proven track record in site management, ideally with experience in education projects. A strong understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. A commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Benefits:
