Analysing market trends and applying insights to procurement strategies. Resolving any issues or discrepancies with subcontractors. Contributing to sustainability initiatives within the procurement process. Reporting on procurement performance and making recommendations for improvements.
Profile A successful Subcontract Procurement Lead should have: NEC3/NEC4 experience Proven experience in procurement of subcontractors Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent analytical abilities and a strategic mindset. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. A commitment to sustainability and ethical procurement practices.
