The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an
ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant
with a background in practice to step into a career-defining role. Based in the Surrey office, you'll work closely with the senior management team, overseeing a diverse client portfolio and making a significant impact on their success. Key Responsibilities Review and oversee
management accounts
for UK and multinational companies. Provide expert guidance on
VAT
and
PAYE matters , including reviewing VAT returns. Support start-ups with strategic financial advice and assistance. Lead the implementation of advanced accounting and
computerised financial systems . Manage UK financial reporting for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders. Mentor and develop team members through
training, reviews, and ongoing support . Strengthen client relationships by offering expert advice on various business topics. About You ACA or ACCA qualified , with 3-4+ years of experience working in practice. Strong knowledge of
management and statutory accounting , with the ability to oversee complex accounts. Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Legally entitled to work in the UK without Visa support. What’s in it for You? Competitive salary
