Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments on cases that demand insights from a Property Litigation perspective.

What will be expected from you? At least 5 years PQE in Property Litigation and in-depth knowledge of a range of property litigation issues Experience in restrictive covenant disputes Adverse possession Dilapidations Access and boundary disputes Commercial landlord & tenant Good working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Execute a plan to build a successful property litigation practice Seek out and develop new business opportunities through a variety of marketing and business development activities Strong financial and commercial awareness – ensuring a profitable contribution to the team. Strong academic qualifications Able to prioritise and manage numerous tasks
