A leading national firm in the East Midlands has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Solicitor looking to develop their career in corporate law in the firm's Nottingham office. The growing corporate department is seeking a hardworking and ambitious individual who is passionate about corporate law.

The role involves working within the firm's corporate team advising clients on a range of transactional matters, and actively participating in the team's business development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience of acting on corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions, in addition to drafting standard corporate documents such as articles of association, shareholders agreements and SPAs.
This is a genuine opportunity to become part of a successful corporate team, to undertake big ticket transactional work in an expanding team that will support you through your career development.
The successful candidate should be NQ-4 years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
