Our client is an established manufacturing business looking for an experienced financial accountant with an excellent understanding of accounting principles to play a vital role in the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP, taking responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations, tax returns, P&L reviews and year-end reporting. Location: Birmingham Contract Length: 3 months Contract hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £350-375 per day

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations Maintaining spreadsheets and databases to monitor and compile financial data Producing end of year financial statements and preparing the annual budget Conducting internal audits and monitoring of internal controls Ad hoc tasks to support the wider finance team Key Essentials of the Interim Financial Accountant
