Are you a skilled and enthusiastic professional looking for an exciting opportunity as a New Business Consultant in the global custody industry? Our client, a leading organisation in this field, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. As a New Business Consultant - Custody Transitions, you will play a crucial role in managing new business implementations and acting as the primary point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients, consultants, investment managers, and sales group to establish transition guidelines and ensure a seamless process. Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, providing information on our client's requirements for transition. Collaborate with the client servicing team to translate unique processing needs into procedures and documentation. Coordinate pre-implementation meetings to identify and address client needs. Create and maintain transition project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Provide subject matter expertise during the sales process, producing and presenting transition delivery plans.

Requirements:

Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proactive approach with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications:

Investment management qualifications are advantageous.

Experience:

Prior work experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of custody products and services, gained through related work experience, is necessary. Experience with custody systems and project management is required. Previous knowledge of investment management operations and business analysis is beneficial.
