One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity, which is to join the firm's busy Social Housing property team, will include a broad range of matters including development site acquisition, site set up for sales, conditional contracts and options, deeds of variation, commercial landlord and tenant, and other land transactions for commercial clients.
The firm is keen to find someone ideally with a minimum of 5 PQE level (with a bit of flexibility), who can bring a positive and effective persona to the team. Ideally, we're looking for someone with some experience of working within a related field, working within commercial property/real estate. The ideal candidate will have experience of working for, or in the social housing sector, dealing with development including s.38, s.104 and s.106 agreements, as well as easements disposals, and commercial leases. Some experience of drafting or familiarity with the model shared ownership lease will also be useful.
This firm has continued to grow, both in size and reputation, over the past few years, to a point now where they have over 200 employees, with a fantastic head office. The offices are open plan and the firm enjoys an inclusive and diverse culture. They believe in giving back to the community and are prolific at supporting local charities and organizations with fundraising and other supportive activity.
