The Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor The firm is seeking skilled and motivated solicitors to enhance their Residential Conveyancing teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering top-tier client service and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting the residential conveyancing team with all legal matters. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with existing referrers and identifying new business development opportunities. Ensuring regular client contact and delivering an exceptional client service experience. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documentation. Conducting title examinations and handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members when required.

What You Bring: Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing processes. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing your own caseload. A proactive and business-focused mindset.
