to help shape an exceptional living environment for our residents. About the Role
As a Community Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, build a vibrant community, and lead an enthusiastic team. What You’ll Do
Create a Standout Resident Experience
Build an engaging, inclusive, and safe environment where students feel supported and inspired. Plan and deliver exceptional events and activities that delight and connect our residents. Foster meaningful relationships with universities, colleges, and local organizations to elevate our offering and reputation. Operational Excellence
Assist with all aspects of property management, from safety compliance to recruitment and onboarding. Drive performance by collaborating with the General Manager to meet and exceed KPIs, occupancy targets, and revenue goals. Support property mobilisation, ensuring smooth check-ins and an exceptional start for both residents and team members. Lead a High-Performing Team
Motivate and mentor your team to achieve their best, championing a positive workplace culture. Conduct one-to-ones, appraisals, and development plans to help team members thrive. What We’re Looking For
