Adobe is seeking a Digital Sales Trading Manager to lead transformational initiatives and champion innovation within the EMEA Digital Media business. This pivotal role focuses on maximising Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR) from a subset of Creative Cloud products, leveraging insights to drive exceptional customer experiences and deliver on strategic priorities. You’ll partner across marketing, product, and global teams to optimise performance and conversion strategies while defining a roadmap for growth. If you're a digital trading expert with a passion for storytelling through data, strategic innovation, and customer-centric solutions, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution:

Develop and execute digital strategies to accelerate ARR growth through acquisitions, upgrades, and retention efforts. Lead regional digital NNARR for specific categories, holding cross-functional teams accountable for delivering on targets. Accurately forecast performance and implement gap plans as needed. Data-Driven Insights:

Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover meaningful trends and inform decision-making. Create and execute quarterly trading plans with corporate and local partners. Monitor competitive landscapes and adapt strategies to maintain a leading edge. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance customer journeys and conversion metrics. Partner with global teams to deploy new product capabilities and localised customer experiences. Build and present comprehensive reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Implement segmentation and personalisation strategies at scale to improve acquisition and retention. Drive efficiency in demand generation campaigns through targeted audience strategies. Lead the business case for regional promotions and pricing initiatives. Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital trading, e-commerce, or consumer sales. Proven track record of owning sales targets and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve them. Strong background in international business and navigating matrix organisations. Technical Skills:

Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and marketing strategies. Proficiency in developing and implementing digital trading strategies. Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities tailored to diverse audiences. High emotional intelligence with the ability to foster strong relationships across teams. Exceptional commercial acumen, adaptability, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. What our client Offers
