Your day-to-day: Manage a cross-functional team - you'll diligently look after a subunit that drives direct and indirect value for our club through content creation and media rights. Develop our commercial content strategy and operating model - you will take pride in ensuring it's aligned with business objectives and existing content and brand strategies. Oversee the creation of partner content - you'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on production, as well as work with wider Content colleagues on distribution. Drive direct revenue generation - you will play a key role in ensuring our club generates revenue through media rights and other sources across digital and broadcast environments. Partner with our Brand and Marketing teams - you'll proactively unite with colleagues to ensure best-in-class execution of partner inventory, in line with our club’s positioning and tone of voice. Aid the wider Commercial department - you will enthusiastically support Commercial teams across the full lifecycle of our partners, delivering value-adding propositions that meet strategic objectives. Keep an eye on team budgets - you'll be entrusted to oversee the budgets for the subunit, including profit and loss for partner and media rights activities. Lead and inspire direct reports - you'll nurture and coach a growing team and proactively identify learning and development opportunities, fostering a high-performance culture. Champion the development of performance reporting - you will be fundamental in establishing reporting metrics for content and activation and in using them to support data-driven decision making. What we are looking for History of creating revenue-generating content - you are well versed in the development of content and media strategies that generate direct revenues and media value and you're knowledgeable in global media distribution and exploitation of rights. Proven track record of leading the delivery of exceptional content - you've passionately delivered a best-in-class commercial output for high-profile brands and/or rightsholders, either as part of an agency or within a brand. Digital first mindset - you come with a comprehensive knowledge of the digital environment and you're an expert in content innovation, digital platforms, and commercial activation. In-depth understanding of the production lifecycle - you possess a thorough grasp of the production process and are comfortable being part of complex shoots that involve high-profile protagonists. Strategic and creative thinker - you've got a key eye for detail and an innate ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to create eye-catching and thumb-stopping content. Inspiring and motivational leader - you've got excellent line management skills and you're easily able to lead and empower individuals to succeed and grow in their careers. Excellent communication skills - you're confidently able to build and maintain impactful relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders. Project management skills - you're armed with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and you're proficient with value benchmarking and analytics platforms.
