An excellent opportunity for a freelance No 1 Site Manager has arisen with our Refurbishment / Roofing Client who deliver outstanding refurbishment schemes with values of projects from £500k – £2.5million.
Our client is currently looking for a freelance No 1 Site Manager, to work on the refurbishment and re-roofing of a shopping centre in the Dartford, DA9 area that will run for around 17 weeks starting on the 13th January 2025.
The Company are building a strong reputation for delivering high quality and well designed schemes that achieve high praise from the end users.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the client Drive the subcontractors Manage contractors on site as the No.1 Handle general day to day issues, quality and programme Be a self-motivated individual that is autonomous in your role
Requirements: Experience as an autonomous No.1 Site Manager with project values from £500k to £2.5million across refurbishment, construction and/or roofing sectors CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, SMSTS, Manual Handling, Working at Height & Fire Marshall certifications Experience of site managing refurbishment schemes is ideal for this client
Salary and Benefits: On offer is a day rate of up to £270 dependent upon experience for the successful candidate.
