Bilingual Credit Control Team Leader

Banbury.
You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis
and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. We've supported small and medium-sized enterprises for over 30 years, providing tailored financial solutions to help them grow. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the credit control team. Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts. Develop and implement credit control policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide training and support to team members. Qualifications:
Fluent in English and another language. Experience in credit control or finance. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
