50 hours per week Are you a skilled Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel? We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee critical steel erection packages and manage teams. Role Overview As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of structural steel projects. This includes managing RAMs, lift plans, and contractors/subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Develop and implement RAMs and lift plans. Oversee steel erection packages, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Collaborate closely with erectors, supervisors, and welders to achieve project goals. Candidate Requirements Essential Skills and Qualifications: Black CSCS card. SMSTS certification. CPCS (Appointed Person) qualification. Proven expertise in steel erection. Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within structural steel. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary: 50,000 - 60,000. Car allowance.
