This newly created, senior engineering leadership role will be pivotal in advancing multi-million and BAU engineering projects across multi-site factories, ensuring excellence in electrical & controls standards, and factory services.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the UK Operations Director, Site Engineering Managers, and the UK site leadership teams. Qualifications: Proven experience in engineering & project management. Expertise in electrical and controls standards. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
