www.medius.com What will the VP Account Management (Sales) Europe do: Medius’ Vice President of Account Management EMEA will lead a team of Account Managers across Europe, growing accounts via geographic expansion and importantly, selling the value of Medius’ broad suite of Finance Office and AI enabled products. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Management/Client Sales professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, customer-centricity and sales results. Devise and coordinate EMEA strategy and cross-sell initiatives. Leverage PLG and collaborate with Customer Success to establish opportunity pipeline. Work with cross-functional department leaders including Customer Success, Product and other stakeholders to improve customer experience, product evolution and business execution. Be the executive sponsor with key accounts. Deliver against quarterly and annual sales quotas. Performance Metrics: Sales expansion and quota achievement. Team efficiency metrics. Team engagement metrics. Experience: Specifically selling AP/P2P SaaS space is a MUST Have. 5+ years leading Account Management/Client Sales teams, ideally as a second line manager. Demonstrable success expanding accounts via cross-sell, upsell and other account growth initiatives.
