Description
ITS Recruitment Agency is looking for a construction Site Manager for a project at the Oxford Centre. You will be working for a fit-out company, ensuring a high-end finish throughout the project.
The role of a Site Manager includes:
Taking control of ordering materials
Ensuring contractors on site for carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling, plastering, etc., are working to the drawings and at the high specifications required
Working alongside the Director who will oversee the project
Working Monday to Friday, with potential Saturdays
Requirements for the Site Manager:
SMSTS and First Aid cards are essential
Asbestos Awareness certification
Temporary Works knowledge
Transport is essential
Project Details:
This will be a 20-week project starting on 6th January 2025
