To generate new business using lapsed data, chasing new leads and developing both existing and new relationships Being confident to attend client meetings To research your market and unlock potential opportunities To register and build relationships with candidates in your market Coordinate meetings, interviews, job offers – the whole process To cross sell other areas of the business to ensure maximum revenue across the business MUST be resilient and have bags of enthusiasm!!
