Company Summary: Quotient Therapeutics, Inc. is a privately held, early-stage company developing a novel genomics platform and therapeutics for diseases with a large unmet need. Position Summary: We are seeking a high motivated Senior Research Associate or Associate Scientist to execute target validation experiments using in vitro model systems aimed to validate targets identified through our platforms. Responsibilities: Work under the supervision of senior members of the team and assist in designing and implementing research protocols. Perform laboratory experiments and apply various laboratory techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, Western blotting, and primary cell isolation and culture. Conduct in vitro and ex vivo assays, such as but not limited to overexpression, knockdown, knockout on primary cells, stimulation, and cytokine profile or functional assays. Collect, analyze and interpret scientific data accurately. Maintain precise experimental records and documentation. Contribute to the preparation of research articles, reports and presentations. Follow lab safety procedures and rules to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and future plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Immunology or related field. Minimum of 3 years of laboratory research experience. Previous experience with immunological assays such as ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and iPSC and/or primary cell culture techniques. Previous experience with CRISPR. Familiarity with RNAseq. Previous experience with lentiviral transductions or AAV transfection/transduction is a plus. Good data organization, management, and analysis skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail, ensuring robust and consistent experimental results. Prior experience in an industrial setting, and familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) as well as proficiency in the use of Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN). Location:
