A fantastic opportunity for a Pensions Solicitor has arisen at a global law firm's Leeds Office! The role on offer is in the firms highly regarded Pensions department and you will work alongside a very experienced team delivering a high level of service to a strong and varied client base. This really is an opportunity that will allow you to develop and progress in your career.
From day one you will be dealing with an array of tasks, this will include involving corporate support work, advising scheme trustees and advising corporates. The firm delivers a variety of top-quality work for top quality clients and are one of the largest pensions practices in the UK. This role also gives you the opportunity to be part of a global network of pensions lawyers across Europe, the US and beyond. There is also the opportunity to help them play a part in making pensions law and policy, supporting organisations including the PLSA, Hundred Group and PensionsEurope.
The successful candidate will be around NQ level however the option to retrain and move across to the pensions area is also an option. They will also be able to demonstrate a real eye for detail and demonstrating a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess fantastic organisational skills and have great interpersonal skills to help liaising with clients daily. Our client wants the candidate who, as well as wanting to be technically strong, embraces the need to deliver commercial solutions to clients, something that they have a strong reputation for.
