Working in collaboration and harmony with the Home Manager and the wider multi-disciplined teams, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care are delivered to residents. You will assist in the management of the nursing home, support the staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home. Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to residents. Support and supervise nursing staff. Maintain compliance with CQC regulations. Participate in staff training and development.
