Job Description Direct and oversee all financial operations within the property department. Develop and implement budgets, prepare reports and make key financial decisions. Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines. Analyse financial data and use findings to improve efficiency and increase profitability. Coordinate and lead annual audit processes. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. Implement cost-saving measures and strategies. Communicate financial metrics and goals across the organisation. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: An academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in a managerial role within the property industry. Strong knowledge of financial legislation, regulation and practices. Proficiency in financial software and databases.
