One of Simpson Judge's most respected clients is searching for an accounts payable specialist to begin work on 6th January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Process non-purchase order and purchase order invoices for payment Post invoices and credit notes to correct businesses, ensuring correct coding in the accounting system Perform routine Accounts Payable tasks under the direction of the Accounts Payable Team Leader Maintain vendor master database Handle reconciliation, payments, and controls
Requirements: Previous experience with Accounts Payable Strong experience and skills with Microsoft Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Be able to confidently communicate and solve problems as they arise
