Hybrid The Team The Partner Recruitment team is a vital component of Dentons Resourcing function, driving the firm’s strategic growth across the UK, Ireland, and Middle East (UKIME) region by attracting and recruiting future leaders. You will help shape the firm’s long-term success and culture. You will play a critical role in building trusted relationships with senior leadership, internal decision-makers, candidates, and suppliers, helping to achieve Dentons growth objectives. The Role Based in any UK office and reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Recruitment, you will be a key team member with responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of Partners across the region, ensuring we deliver on our growth and succession plans as part of the firm's five-year strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership, building and maintaining strong relationships while providing high-quality, proactive advice, guidance, and recommendations to support the entire Partner hiring process, including attraction, selection, and process management. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring compliance with the firm’s values, best practices, and inclusive and ethical resourcing principles. Responsibilities Support and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various locations and divisions. Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on Partner recruitment strategy and market insights. Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, agencies, and candidates. Continuously improve the partner recruitment process to ensure efficiency and responsiveness. Act as a brand ambassador for Dentons and promote the firm's values and opportunities to potential candidates across UKIME. Leverage your understanding of the UKIME legal market to attract high-quality Partner level candidates. Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, ensuring alignment with goals, timescales, and budgets. Guide hiring partners, candidates, and agencies through the recruitment process to ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Using data-driven insights, provide regular updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Continuously refine and update processes to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively use direct sourcing methods when appropriate. Ensure that inclusion and diversity (I&D) is at the core of our process in addition to partnering with the I&D team to ensure we deliver on the firm's goals. Support divisional leads in designing, developing, and delivering on their strategic hiring plans. Support the development of wider team members. Required experience, skills, and attributes Previous experience of partner recruitment, ideally in-house with international exposure. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and credibility to guide and influence across the firm. Knowledge of the partnership model and its impact on the recruitment process. Knowledge of the UKIME legal market, including trends and recent developments. Experience of interviewing partners, as well as analysing and supporting the creation of lateral partner business plans (helpful but not essential). Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Proactive, pragmatic, collaborative, and responsive with a high level of attention to detail. Experience of direct sourcing. Good agency connections and relationships. Experience of project and process management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines. Good IT skills including Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Teams, LinkedIn, and Pirical. Ability to organise priorities, work at pace, and meet deadlines.
