Position Overview
The Family Solicitor will play a crucial role in providing expert legal guidance and representation to clients in various family law matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the legal process. Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice in family law matters
Manage a caseload of family law cases
Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
Represent clients in court proceedings
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations
Requirements
10+ years PQE, however all levels of PQE will be considered
Proven experience in high-level finance work, including business and international matters, as well as business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Client-focused approach and ability to work independently
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
