Gallery Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Development Manager to join us to work on our SaaS art gallery product lines. In this position, you are responsible for managing a team of developers for DevOps and software development projects. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification in computer science and experience in web-based technologies such as Maui and Ruby. Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related Minimum 5+ years of Ruby experience Minimum 5+ years of C# experience Minimum 5+ years PostgresSQL, SQLite or similar Strong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD Strong understanding of Git/source control Experience leading and mentoring development teams Preferred Knowledge:

Experience with media management applications such as Elastic Search is a plus Experience using Git, JIRA, and Confluence Experience with distributed architectures and cloud technologies Some experience working with Maui Some experience with AI and/or ChatGPT Ideal Candidate:

Passion for programming Strong leadership skills Experience spearheading projects from start to finish Strong work ethic, + experience with small-size teams Strong communication and positive attitude Experience working in a remote environment Duties and Responsibilities

Self-starter requiring minimal supervision with prior experience working remote in a fast-paced environment. Full lifecycle application development using SDLC best practices and security standards Design, develop, and debug software by translating requirements in an Agile Scrum environment Proactively identify, troubleshoot and solve complex mission critical problems Integrate new software solutions with existing systems. Comfortable with phone and video collaborations to accurately communicate requirements, design, architect and build applications remotely with other team members. Worker Type:
