In this role, you will work with investment banks, domestic and international companies, fund managers and private equity houses, on leading transactions across Scotland, the UK and beyond.
This team's clients range from FTSE 100 blue chips to AIM companies, owner-managed SMEs, international groups and private equity backed growth businesses, with occasional work in the third sector with universities and local authorities.
As a member of one of the strongest teams in the country, you will gain experience across an exciting variety of sectors such as Energy, Food & Drink, Technology and FinTech.
My client is looking for candidates with between NQ and 4 Years' PQE in transactional Corporate Finance who wish to push their career forward or applicants with wider Corporate, Restructuring or Banking & Finance backgrounds looking to pursue a career in this specific area.
