Compugraphics has had their Manufacturing Facility in Glenrothes since 1967 and works 24 hours, 7 days per week. Who are we looking for?

We now have an opportunity for a QHSE Engineer to join our team in Glenrothes. We are looking for an individual to champion quality, environmental, and safety standards within the Business, ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved and to work closely with manufacturing to ensure all products manufactured meet the highest standards of quality. Ensuring standards of technical competence are maintained in manufacturing. The QHSE Engineer is joining a well-established organisation where we will be able to provide the suitable candidates with a full training programme and support to develop valuable skills and establish themselves as a valued member of the Team. They will be asked to participate in continuous improvement exercises that will improve their work areas and give them a sense of ownership. Who are You?

We are ideally looking for someone educated to Bachelor's degree (BA), HND or equivalent, and having previously held down a similar relevant role. What competencies will you need?

Excellent analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills and skillful negotiator. Flexible in approach to work and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities. Understanding of designated product group. Quality systems knowledge, including SPC, Gage R&R, MSA, FMEAs, PPAP etc. 8D reporting. We are Offering...
