White Goods Engineer

to join their field service team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing appliances in customer homes across London, maintaining a high level of service that ensures minimal recalls and enhances customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site fault diagnosis and repairs on a variety of domestic appliances.

Use the companys mobile app to manage calls efficiently.

Collaborate closely with the office-based parts team to ensure timely repairs.

Requirements: Full UK driving licence and experience in appliance repair.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and teamwork capabilities.
