Regional Operations Director (West) , you will play a critical role in driving the strategic and operational direction of the business. You will be a member of the Hendy Operational Board and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic performance of multiple dealerships within a defined region, ensuring business growth, profitability, and an unrivalled customer experience. The Accountabilities: Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain our position as a market leader. Operational Oversight:

Ensure optimal performance across sales, service, and parts, driving efficiency and innovation. Financial Accountability:

Manage the overall operational P&L, setting and delivering budgets, performance targets, and growth plans. Team Empowerment:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of regional and site leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Customer Excellence:

Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience at every touchpoint. Brand Partnerships:

Own, lead, develop, and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners, ensuring alignment with manufacturer standards and expectations. Continuous Improvement:

Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. About You: To succeed in this high-impact role, ideally you will need: Proven experience in an executive-level operations role within the automotive retail or related sector. A strong track record of delivering commercial success and operational excellence across a multi-site, multi-brand environment. Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable results. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. A deep understanding of the automotive industry, including retail, aftersales, and brand standards.
