Job Purpose As an Analyst you will be responsible for assisting the Portfolio Manager(s) and Fund Director(s) in portfolio and single asset transactions across Europe as well as the day to day management of the portfolio. The role will also focus on supporting in the underwriting of new investment opportunities, and will include independently designing and maintaining the underwriting and Fund/financial models that are fit for purpose for client requirements. You will also support the Portfolio Manager(s)/Asset Manager(s) in the preparation of key asset management initiatives and feed into the ongoing asset reporting. You will be expected to hold strong analytical and communication skills as well as relevant practical experience in order to support on the day to day management to deliver performance. Role

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to: Assist in the production of quarterly reports Developing, maintaining and continually improving financial modelling tools Analysing and modelling real estate acquisitions/dispositions, including any investment opportunities that might influence the transaction’s value Co-ordinating with local Savills IM offices or local advisors, as well as liaising with Savills IM Treasury and Finance Managers, so the asset underwriting reflects a business plan supported by all relevant stakeholders Assist in the preparation of recommendations to Savills IM’s investment committee Assist in the management of due diligence advisors, coordinate the production of Due Diligence reports in a timely manner as dictated by the timeline of the transaction and appropriate asset plans Work with the Asset Manager(s) and Transactions Manager(s) in sourcing new or disposing of assets, including appraising and assisting on the DD and internal investment committee process Assisting with budget forecasts, long term planning and reforecast exercises, providing asset evaluations covering cash flows for forecasted returns Developing business plans, valuations and presentations for existing and potential new Clients Translate findings and recommendations into presentations for (senior) management Job Requirements

Proven financial and/or business analysis experience AND/OR previous analytical Real Estate experience Demonstrate a firm understanding and demonstrate ability of underwriting real estate transactions Excellent technical skills, especially experienced in MS Excel.
