£45,000 - £50,000
annually depending on experience. Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor: Handle your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion. Provide outstanding client care at all times and have professional approach Develop and grow the commercial property and expand the client base Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications About you as a Commercial Property Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor with experience handling commercial property matters with a minimum of five years PQE Experience in managing a range of commercial property transactions Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload Excellent negotiation skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage and progress a caseload while providing pragmatic advice.
