As Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the business, working closely with the CFO to integrate financial acumen with commercial insight. This position offers exceptional career progression and the chance to make a lasting impact on the company's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring performance is effectively reviewed against budgets. Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to stakeholders. Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles with accuracy and insight. Ensure precise reconciliation of intergroup balances and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Collaborate with the CFO to provide actionable commercial insights and enhance profitability. Assist senior management in evaluating and pursuing new business opportunities in line with growth objectives. Mentor and develop junior team members, honing your leadership and team-building skills.

Qualifications/Experience:

Professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent. Demonstrated expertise in management and financial accounting. Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively. Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.
