Currently working with a Legal 500 ranked law firm who have had this exciting opportunity arise.
As the Partner, you will be working alongside other Partners within the firm along with other Heads of Departments and will contribute to the growth of the firm.
Partner duties and responsibilities:
Manage and supervise team members.
Monitor work progress and KPI's.
Assist the development and implementation of growth strategies.
Assist the team's marketing and business development strategies.
Assist the department in hitting financial targets.
Continue to develop and maintain key relationships.
Continue to maintain client retention.
Continue to keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
What could set you apart from others?
Qualified Solicitor.
Previous experience within Private Client.
Proven fee earner.
Having a following and/or referral network.
Previous experience managing a team within Private Client work.
