I am working with a dynamic Accountancy practice in Leamington Spa who are urgently looking for an experienced Credit Controller for an immediate start.
The role is an all-encompassing position where you will be responsible for chasing outstanding debt. The successful candidate will help to maintain good payment habits by building rapport with clients and seeing tasks through from start to finish.
I am looking for a candidate who has the skills to:
Work through old debts with a view to resolving any long-standing issues with a satisfactory outcome.
Be a professional communicator, both written and verbal, with good prior experience of credit control with a large client base.
Have Sage experience, as the candidate will be required to develop a solid system for managing credit control by utilizing all Sage tools, including communications and diary management for call-backs.
Communicate well with other members of the finance team and other team members.
Possess IRIS experience, though the ability to learn new software is essential.
Hours are 37.5 per week, and the salary will be discussed during the interview, depending on the level of experience of the candidate.
