What you'll be doing:

Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met. Leading audit teams and delegating tasks effectively to junior staff while providing mentorship and guidance. Reviewing financial statements, identifying key risks, and providing insightful recommendations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client service at all times. Supporting the audit partner in business development and contributing to firm growth strategies.

What we're looking for:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant audit experience in a UK practice. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team. Excellent technical knowledge, particularly in UK GAAP and IFRS. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients at all levels. A proactive approach, with the ability to work on your initiative and take ownership of projects.
