Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide L3 support for Azure AD and M365 collaborative products. Key responsibilities: UK SC (Security Cleared) is Mandatory. Expert knowledge of M365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). Managing/Administering Exchange Online and other M365. Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Conditional Access policies. Collaborative tools/products like Teams, SharePoint, One Drive etc. Configure and manage a Teams environment, channels, chats, and Apps. Manage Teams meetings, Phone numbers and services for Teams Phone. Monitor and troubleshoot L3/L2 level Teams and Outlooks issues. Implementing Microsoft Azure tenant-level configuration, including: Azure Active Directory administration. Conditional Access Policy (CA). Service Principal. System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) Provisioning and Support. Apps Registration. Azure AD - User and group Management, AD Connect etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center tools. Experience with hybrid Exchange and AD environments. Understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integrations with M365. Understanding of Azure AD Connect and Azure AD directory service for managing cloud identity. Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications. Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills. Hands on knowledge of ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management. Good to have any working experience of Intune Device management. Key Skills/Knowledge: M365 Administration. Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 (M365) platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Oversee tenant configurations, policies, and service health. Implement and manage M365 security and compliance features (e.g., DLP, Conditional Access, Defender, Compliance Manager). Monitor Microsoft updates/changes and involve respective teams to ensure compliance and readiness for new features or updates. Azure and Related Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment, Azure Cloud, Azure tenant, and integration with M365 tools and products. Understanding of Active Directory (AD) & Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and their role in hybrid configurations. Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis for complex M365 issues. Escalate and manage cases with Microsoft Support when necessary. Handle mail flow issues, hybrid configurations, and service interdependencies. Experience in handling escalated issues, including coordination with multiple teams and vendors. Migration & Deployment: Lead and execute M365 migrations (e.g., Exchange On-prem to Exchange Online). Configure and optimize hybrid environments. Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts for managing and automating M365 tasks. Monitor and optimize license utilization. Monitoring & Reporting: Set up monitoring tools and dashboards for M365 services. Generate usage and health reports for stakeholders. Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis (RCA) documents. Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Enforce ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management. Service Delivery: Adhere to SLAs/OLAs for incident, service request, and problem management. Handle tickets/service requests effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow ITIL/ITSM best practices and Agile frameworks to ensure efficient service delivery. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team coordination skills. Experience required:
