Court of Protection Solicitor (Senior Associate) £80,000 - £90,000 Surrey Permanent, full time I am currently working with top-ranked Legal 500 team known for its commitment to client-centred care and excellence in Court of Protection work. Their COP team has developed a strong reputation advising individuals, families, carers, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals on a broad range of issues related to catastrophic personal injury cases, including those involving serious brain injuries with high-value compensation awards. The ideal candidate with be 6+ years PQE and you will play a key role in managing clients' financial affairs, acting as the primary point of contact for many of our clients, and building long-term relationships focused on their best interests. Court of Protection Solicitor responsibilities: Supporting with the preparation of Expert Witness Statements. Assisting with the preparation of OPG Reports. Support & training junior staff. Work with Case Managers, clients etc. Process relating policies to the correct team. Run and manage own case load from start to finish. Support senior members when required. Complete your own business development and marketing strategies. What could set you apart? Ideally 6+ years PQE. Previous experience running your own cases.
