to join secondary schools in Spalding and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative English lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. Inspire a love for literature and language while fostering critical thinking and communication skills. Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum. Collaborate with other educators to support student progress and achievement. Minimum Requirements:
PGCE
and
QTS
(Qualified Teacher Status) are essential. A strong command of the English curriculum and a passion for teaching. Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities. Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills. Benefits:
