Job Title: Head of Responsible Investment Proposition Contract Type: Permanent Location: Edinburgh or London Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 19th December 2024 Our Investment Solutions team currently have an opportunity for a Head of Responsible Investment Proposition to join them! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the Responsible investment proposition within the overall Investment Solutions business area and ensure the team are sufficiently resourced and skilled to deliver to objectives. The successful candidate will be the Subject Matter Expert for responsible investment within Royal London insurance, individual and workplace solutions across the UK. Taking on a rapidly evolving role, you will drive the development and articulation of the RI proposition forward to ensure we are meeting customer demand. About the role Responsible for the prioritisation of the Responsible Investment team's work. Manage the overall strategy and design of the responsible investment solutions. Manage senior stakeholder relationships to enable clear communication and effective collaboration between Investment Solutions and the wider business. Influence the evolution of Royal London products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of different customer segments. Support Distribution on Responsible Investment proposition promotion. About you In-depth knowledge of responsible and sustainable investments and how it is deployed in investment solutions. Motivational leader who can bring insight and creativity to business solutions. Excellent communicator and influencer who can create partnership relationships with key business functions, partners and the press. Strong presentation skills combined with the ability to translate complex issues into marketable messages. Commercially astute with the ability to understand and be innovative in their approach to designing solutions. Ideally CFA or ESG qualified.
