As a result of continued positive change, they are now seeking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner with gravitas, strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to influence and be credible. About the Role This is a Senior HR Business Partner role that partners closely with management to align the people agenda with organisational objectives. You will deliver pragmatic solutions for employment-related matters, oversee change management initiatives, and provide insights to enhance organisational performance. Duties will include: Collaborating with management to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals. Advising and coaching on employee relations issues, including grievances and performance matters. Leading on HR policy compliance, compensation review, and benchmarking. Designing and delivering insightful HR data to guide decision-making. Managing recruitment processes to ensure seamless onboarding. Supporting change management projects, including acquisitions and transformations. Working with the HR Advisory team. Management of one HR BP. About the Successful Applicant You will bring extensive HR expertise, including strong knowledge of UK employment law. A confident communicator, you excel at relationship-building, data analysis, and influencing diverse audiences. CIPD qualification is required. You will need to have gravitas and diplomacy. Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders; you will be a grounded individual with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
