About the Organization: The Data and Regulatory Operations Group operates globally in over 20 countries, supporting Markets business, Security Services, Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Personal Banking & Wealth Management. Our services include client lifecycle transactions, data management for instruments, and regulatory reporting. About the Role: As the Head of Data Architecture, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining the data architecture essential for our decision-making processes. Your role ensures the integrity, security, and reliability of our operational data infrastructure. Responsibilities: Advance Analytics:

Drive the evolution of advanced analytics platforms, enabling the global operations teams to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Design & Implement:

Craft comprehensive data architecture solutions to meet operational and analytical needs, ensuring scalability and performance. Develop & Maintain:

Create and update detailed data models, dictionaries, and flow diagrams to document our complex data landscape accurately. Collaborate:

Work closely with business, operations, and technology partners to understand and address critical data needs, aligning solutions with business objectives. Evaluate Tools:

Research, evaluate, and recommend cutting-edge data management tools and technologies to support the organization's data architecture goals. Governance:

Partner with data governance teams to implement robust data quality, security measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements: Extensive experience in global financial institutions. Proven background in data architecture management. Strong knowledge of database technology, data warehousing, and data governance. Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Master's degree in Data Architecture, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
