Partner Manager - Perm Position operating from our Droitwich Office Salary banding £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience + Car Allowance + great Benefits package!!! Airband is an internet service provider bringing highspeed broadband to rural communities from North Wales down to Devon and Somerset in the Southwest. Having built the network our strategic focus is to increase our customer connections, and we are looking for a talented individual to support us to deliver an excellent customer experience as we continue to scale. This is where our Partner Manager comes in. As a strategic customer experience lead Partner Manager you will be managing relationships with Airband external partners, suppliers and contingent workforce. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of customer installations and services playing a really vital role within the Company. As a dynamic individual you will accelerate on commercialisation of our network by engaging with small businesses as well as our existing suppliers in order to scale our customer connections at pace for Fixed Wireless access and Fibre to the Premises What does the role involve? • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, including local small businesses and existing suppliers, ensuring they meet agreed service levels and performance targets. • Commercial Oversight: Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partners, ensuring alignment with Airband's objectives and budgets. Conduct regular commercial reviews and maintain a clear understanding of partner financial performance. • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all partners and contractors adhere to Airband’s health and safety policies and regulatory requirements. Carry out regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate any potential issues. • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes for all partner-delivered services, ensuring installations and customer interactions meet Airband's standards. • Customer Experience: Collaborate with partners to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and professional experience during the installation and service lifecycle. Ensure partners are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service. • Supplier Performance Management: Track and measure supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and addressing underperformance through coaching or alternative strategies. • Service Delivery Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that partner operations are aligned with Airband’s goals, including capacity planning, service levels, and network expansion requirements. • Contractor Engagement: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of contingent workforce partners, managing their performance, ensuring they meet required standards, and maintaining positive working relationships. Candidate Specification: A degree in business management, operations management, or a related field. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., health and safety certifications, quality management certifications). • Proven experience in partner or supplier management within telecoms, internet service provision, or a related field. • A role model, able to always demonstrates and uphold Airband’s values. • Developed people skills with the ability to inspire and influence individuals. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel coupled with strong numerical skills. • Excellent active listening, written and verbal communication skills. • Developed organisational and time management skills. • Solution driven with advanced problem-solving skills. • Resilient and flexible working manner. • Self-motivation to successfully achieve deadlines and goals.
