We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work across two of our clients sites based in the Teesside & Tanfield.
Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:
Booking agency workers for work Completing document checks, interviews and induction of new starters Assisting with signing in and deploying agency workers to their place of work Completing and sending various attendance reports & KPIs Managing agency worker attendance & performance Manage and process worker holiday requests Pre-screening applicants and booking them for interview Assisting workers with any queries Managing worker absence Liaising with client managers to provide the best service possible As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have:
Experience in recruitment Good people management skills Knowledge of right to work in the UK legislation Confident presenting to and managing groups of people Good organisational and time management skills Similar experience working with people Able to use Microsoft packages and be up to date on modern technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills A driving license and access to a car (travel 40 miles once per week to another site) Flexibility to be on call every other weekend for emergencies (time is given back) What we offer:
