Civil Liberties Solicitor

Progression is possible for the right candidate and the firm fully support this, therefore, the opportunity would suit someone who is dedicated to a career within civil liberties and keen to rise through the ranks. This is a great opportunity to join a team of specialists on a variety of cases including civil actions against the police and prison service and inquests. You will represent clients in civil claims against public authorities and representing families at inquests. The successful candidate will be a solicitor with ideally 2+ PQE, however this is just a guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket but still possess the correct knowledge and skills in civil liberties to succeed in this role are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be technically strong and really enjoy getting their teeth stuck into complex cases.
